Lent 2025

The Christian season of Lent is a journey of forty days, commencing on Ash Wednesday to Easter. Its characteristic notes are self-examination, penitence, self-denial, study and preparation for Easter.
While Lent is often associated with giving up something, its principal purpose is a time to linger with Christ and build our relationship with him. A time for prayer and reflection so that we might arrive at Resurrection Sunday closer to God and changed by his power.
We invite you to join us for regular times of prayer, study and worship (see below). Most of all, take time this Lent to journey with and to Jesus Christ.
