Christmas at St Oswald's

Introduction

We look forward to celebrating Christmas and we hope that you will be able to join us in our services and celebrations.

Christmas Carol Service

Sunday 22nd December, 6pm

We hear the Christmas story through readings and singing Christmas carols.

We begin in darkness and enjoy the lighting of candles as we remember that Jesus is the light of the world.

After the service, everyone is invited to enjoy seasonal refreshments, including mulled wine and mincepies.

Carols on the Green

Thursday 19th  December, from 6:30pm

We enjoy an informal hour of Carol singing on the green in front of the church.

Afterwards we will enjoy some warming refreshments.
